"The staff was very welcoming and helpful with questions. The rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean. The morning breakfast was your standard buffet. The coffee shop white lodge in the hotel was really good. This hotel does not have the Roam pass included as part of your stay."

"Outdated but clean. We stayed in a suite with no closet or desk. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good—about a 10-minute walk to the main area. It was a bit noisy since it’s right on Banff Avenue, and you could hear people talking or yelling as they passed by. Overall, it was worth the money since I didn’t want to stay in Canmore."

"Beautiful hotel , very central situated . The room vas beautiful , clean ,comfortable. Very quiet. Restaurant with great staff and we totally enjoyed the food. Undergraund parking was good. The hot tub on the roof was amazing and with great views. Definitely recomanding this hotel ."
