Convenient, local-feeling, affordable spot.

The place is pleasant and the breakfast ladies are the sweetest ever. Lots of colorful touches in the halls and courtyard. Good location on a quiet street not far from restaurants. Rooms were basic and the AC wasn't working in one room, but we appreciated the cross ventilation and screened windows as well as AC in the other. At check-in, they didn't have a record of the second room, and said they don't use hotels.com, but they were able to dig one up after some time-- the one that turned out to not have functioning AC.

Cómodo, económico y céntrico

Un lugar muy agradable y económico de Cancún, muy completo para una estancia familiar, las camas muy cómodas, y las albercas muy agradables con el agua calientita, solo una observación en la regadera no salía mucha presión de agua, y el mini frigobar no enfriaba, pero todo lo demás excelente, una habitación muy cómoda.

Great and convenient, fun swimming nice rooms

This is a delightful modest size and priced hotel with a great swimming pool, actually two of them. It's right in the heart of downtown within walking distance of nice restaurants, a 24 hour taxi stand. My room was very comfortable. The owners are on site and gave great service. I look forward to returning and hope they will be able to reopen their restaurant soon.
