The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun
There must have been some sort of repairs happening on the 5th floor because the smell was very strong. Besides that, the service was great and everyone was very friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient to get on the bus to ride into town.

quality going down. All new staff and they do not engage guests as old play makers. Room was dated, could not keep our patio open during the day, otherwise the HVAC control would go crazy, beep and light flash on/off.
