The entrance door had a huge gap at the bottom that was somehow beaten out of it. We had lukewarm water for the first three days, the shower drain didn't drain until we called a plumber. The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancun
There must have been some sort of repairs happening on the 5th floor because the smell was very strong. Besides that, the service was great and everyone was very friendly. The location of the hotel was very convenient to get on the bus to ride into town.
