"My mom and I came to celebrate her birthday, as soon as we arrived at the hotel , check in was quick, and we had to pay a small environmental fee of $14. The food was really really great, and so were the drinks. All of the staff are AMAZING, very attentive, and cater to everyone in a timeline manner. I definitely recommend. We also did the spa and we loved it ! If you are looking for a couples getaway this is the resort for you, as this is the crowd that I mostly noticed but if you are in your early 20’s and looking for a turn up this might not be the resort for you but overall, it was worth every penny. "

"This was a great place to stay with our teenager sons. The buffet was different every night for dinner and the different restaurants you could eat at on the property were amazing too. The beach access was wonderful and getting an Uber was easy as well. "

"A Wonderful Stay at Hotel NYX – Cancun’s Hidden Gem We spent seven nights at Hotel NYX in Cancun from June 24 to July 1 and couldn’t have been more pleased. The hotel is on the smaller side, which made it feel more peaceful and personal—no big crowds, just relaxed, comfortable vibes. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, and the entire property was exceptionally clean. The on-site restaurant had a different theme night every evening—Italian, Mexican, Chinese, American, and more—which kept meals interesting. The wood-fired pizzas were a huge hit with the teenagers in our group! Don’t miss Chianti Restaurant on the property—it’s an absolute standout. We had the best Italian food there since our trip to Naples, Italy. Truly authentic and delicious. The staff made the stay extra special. The bellmen were always friendly and helpful, and the front desk team, especially Maika, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Even when we had a small maintenance issue, it was handled quickly and professionally. The housekeeping crew was cheerful and kind, always greeting us with smiles. A special thanks to the lifeguards, who were not only attentive but lifesavers—literally. We witnessed them rescue a woman caught in a rip current. Please take the red flags on the beach seriously. One lifeguard, Elias, even took time to teach the teenagers in our group how to safely respond if caught in a rip tide. That kind of care and attention is rare and truly appreciated. "

"I honestly loved our stay. Staffffffffff is amazzzzing. Had the drinks coming. Once they get to know you and know what you like to drink .. you don't even have to ask. It is ready for you. Rooms are amazing even though we didn't stay in our rooms too much. Food stations throughout all day long as well Activities to do at the resort. Some might need to be changed . For example the axe throwing and the archery was a little on the not so exciting. The bingo was fun and hilarious. The circus night on Saturday was fun. Very nice excellent. More of an outdoor banquet with show. Very beautiful. Mor food than you can even ask for and drinks . I loved feeling safe at this hotel. Very new and clean. We went for a nice relaxing stay. We also did the spa which was great. Not so much of a wild party hotel. "
