"The room was very disappointing—there were items left behind from previous guests in the restroom, and overall it did not feel properly cleaned. The food and drinks were also below expectations. It seemed like you only get better quality drinks if you’re a “club member.” From the moment we checked in, we were constantly approached and pressured to attend a presentation to join a membership program, similar to a timeshare, which took away from the experience. We actually ended up bringing in outside food and drinks, and noticed several other guests doing the same. On a positive note, the Michael Jackson show was excellent, and Alexander, our waiter, provided outstanding service."

"My room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. I loved the adult only pool away from the family pool. Nice swim up bar. View of the ocean from the pool. Several restaurants to choose from. The Italian restaurant and the seafood restaurant were very good. Friendly staff. Very clean rooms and properly. "

"This is not a hotel. This is a vacation club and all they want to do is sell vacations club times And dates. Concierge desk does not offer to assist in selecting restaurants, things to do in Cancun (Eg. Tours to tulum),or even have maps of cancun to assist guests. It also is difficult to reconcile the fact that there is no potable water in the resort. I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone."

"We enjoyed every minute. Only issues (opinion) were lack of waterside bar service. And the shows were at 9:30 pm. It was hard to keep kids awake after a full day of sun/ water. All minor. Food was excellent throughout the hotel . Definitely worth trying.."
