Claudia with an outstanding room service, Clayton was a big help and Karina making the delicious tapiocas ans omeletes, elevated our experience to the next level! "Pontos positivos. Quarto familia e banheiro tamanho excelente. Camas confortáveis. Check in e check out rápidos. Funcionários muito prestativos, em especial a Rosangela responsável pela limpeza do nosso quarto. Cafe da manha perfeito . A comida dos restaurantes temáticos estava ótima, acredito por ser a lá cart pra menos pessoas. Utilizamos pra jantar e brunch. Pontos negativos - Falta de sinalização dentro do hotel pra chegarmos no quarto e nos restaurantes. comida do buffet dos restaurantes principais não nos agradou tanto no almoço. Bonitas de aparência mas não tão saborosa quanto os temáticos. Como o refrigerante era de máquina quando elas estavam nas areas externas era repleto de abelhas correndo o risco até de cair dentro do copo enquanto enchia. Areas externas quase sem iluminação a noite. Cerveja e Chopp quentes devido a ntensa abertura de freezer. Mesmo na choppeira não era bem gelado."

"The breakfast was a nice little menu and it was a fresh and hot. There was plenty to eat a variety of cakes, bread, meats, cheeses, egg, sausage, fruit, coffee every staff member that we had interaction with was extremely professional and nice. We had our seven month old baby with us and they had no issues with heating up our water downstairs at the reception area to make his formula. The hotel was old and in need of some repairs, but the staff made things worth the stay. The location was very good and there was some very good restaurants close by and it’s within walking distance of the US consulate. "
