This is a beautiful property. The staff and management are extremely helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is fabulous. Situated right on the beachfront, the three swimming pools are lovely and cater for all ages. The food is fresh and diverse and well priced.

The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival.

The pool area needs a spray as the ants crawled all over us and were nesting in the chairs. The bed was not comfortable but the room was nice. Restaurant food is limited especially for breakfast and we found a hair in our satay! Staff were excellent at both front desk and restaurant.

Candidasa is a quiant beach town. It is a relaxing town with a village vibes, but there are a a number of nice restaurants and bars, mini markets and souvenir shops. Suitable for families but less for young people seeking big parties at night.

Very dead apart from Vincent"s restaurant when jazz is on. Nothing to do - would recommend Padang Bai.
