Hi Vijay, Thanks for your feedback. We have 5 different room categories in the resort. The Studio room which you booked, is the base category and the only room type that does not have a balcony. The size specifications are clearly mentioned on our website.

Friendly and helpful management. Room 35 very spacious and great big balcony. Fresh towels everyday. Could do with drawers for storage of clothes and kettle.the breakfast restaurant could be improved on cleanliness and staff a bit more attentive

I loved this property and if going back to Goa, I definitely would stay there again!! It is great value for the money. The property is very well care for and what you see on the pics is what you get. Staff is meticulous and attentive to detail. They are constantly cleaning so it is not dust. Staff and management are very helpful and friendly making one fill welcome and are ready to help. The property is easily accessible, but located away from the noise of the Candolin party scene. I loved that there is a good signal system to easily find the property upon arrival. Later on it is very easy to go to Candolim's main road taking the shortcut. My only complain is: Please don't advertise that staff is qualified to give massages. Your staff members are not....They don't have any idea about how to give a massage. Keep up the good work!!!

1) Free breakfast was not good nor tasty. 2) Resort is very much inside from Main Road. Without vehicle you have to walk a lot to reach Main road. 3) No good Restaurant nearby. 4) Restaurant inside d resort serve good food in rooms *on pay* . But not *in free breakfast*. 5) *BEST SERVICE* Resort provide two wheelers vehicles at very reasonable price. 6) You may lost within the area between resort and main road. Streets didn't have numbers or mark.

+ Rooms were spacious and the place itself looks quite nice. + Staff are generally polite and helpful. * It's a bit hard to locate the place (compounded by the fact that Google maps routes data for this area seems a bit off), but the hotel has placed boards with directions along the way which help. * The wardrobe/cupboard smelled a bit mouldy, but everything else was clean otherwise. - Restaurant takes really long time to serve anything. - Starting from about 10:30, we kept getting checkout reminders and at 11, a person showed up at the room and kept waiting until we checked out, which was extremely annoying, and very unlike the behaviour we'd seen the last few days, and completely unprofessional. We travel regularly, and have never seen behaviour like this before. Too bad that they spoiled the good opinion we had about the place right at the end.

Very average hotel that you should avoid
First of all, the hotel is a bit secluded from the main road and wasn't easy to find it the first we reached. As soon as we entered, we found some hotel employees at the reception, and one of them (definitely not the receptionist) did the check in. His communication was poor and unprofessional. He was only interested in renting bike and arranging taxis for us, clearly for commissions. Apparently the hotel does not have any manager or coordinator. The owner as some mentioned would care the least for its clients. I had a terrible experience renting bike with the hotel employee which in the first place should not be allowed. The room was OK with no intercom available. There were many power outage issues. The restaurant is not managed by the hotel and once again only the employees working there with no one superior to talk to. The free breakfast was nothing more than what it sounds. Although there is a swimming pool but we opted for not taking a chance. It is a poorly managed hotel with very average facilities. I'm sure I could find a lot better options for the same price. The hotel's rating on Expedia deceived me into booking but I would totally not recommend this place.

A lovely friendly place in a tranquil Idyllic setting just off the main road. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels every day. Bedding changed every other day. Nice pool. Help yourself buffet breakfast was ok and included in the price. Would definitely return. Recommended

By India standards this hotel looks nice and has well maintained grounds. Surrounding area bit dismal but that's India. Rooms spacious and fairly clean. Large open balconies. Pool could do with being maintained better. Some days the pump/filter was not on and had bugs in water . Breakfast area could be run more efficiently and keep food stocked up rather than having to ask for replenishment

The room was basic though clean and the staff where very nice. 1/2 a mile walk to beach crossing a very busy road, though manageable.

Having stayed here before I think it has gone downhill. Breakfast service, cleanliness etc was poor as were choices. The grounds are lovely and Robin and staff helpful, but wouldn't return.

Nice small resort hotel 5 minute walk from the beach and great value. Management couldn't be more helpful and staff were also very helpful. The pool is great for children and overall the hotel is very welcoming and safe for your little ones. Big Daddy's restaurant serves great food and he is a very interesting character.

Very neat and well maintained hotel
Very good. Very accommodating. I had accidently booked a non-ac room but when I requested an upgrade, this was done very quickly and smoothly. The hosts were very friendly and so was the staff. The only thing I found a bit hard was that the hotel was slightly off the main road, so you had to weave between the lanes to get to the main road. Scooters were available at the hotel for hire but we only found out about that when we were checking out. A brochure in the room explaining facilities, cost and good places to visit in Goa ould also be nice.

AWAY FROM THE BEACH AND NOISE
It is about a good 10 min walk to the beach area via the short cut so a very quiet place to stay,,it has a pool which is used by the PADI school on site first thing in the morning (8 until 9),,the staff are very good and will help with all your needs and inquiries

1. One of the room AC remote was missing. 2. 1st Day TV was CRT. 2nd Day it was replaced. 3. A/C had sweep not working (has a paper clipped inside). 4. One of the bathroom flash was not working. 5. Only 1 service person at night. 6. In-hotel restaurant was great. 7. No intercom facilities. 8. No complementary toilet kit like toothpaste, brush or conditioners, which is given in almost of the hotels, till day. 9. Service road can be improved (not visible from outside, thanks to the GPS).

Nice hotel and location, hotel needs more supervision on cleaning shower room needed a deep clean, tiles very grubby. To much time spend on folding towels into different shapes, and not really cleaning what matters.

Great stay
Enjoyed my stay at Marina Bay and will be going back next year. Pool has the sun on it all day and pool is clean. Rooms were cleaned daily and air con was great. I would recommended staying here - top job

Good value, big rooms, good location
Relaxing area away from crouds but within minutes walk of ships and cafés. Good spatial grounds which were well maintained. Manager was very helpful as was BigDaddy. Breakfast basic but suited us. Overall it's a simple, basic hotel in a great location and big rooms with fridge and loads of hot water. Fresh towels daily and great value. Will be likely to return if on another extended trip to Goa

Brilliant budget choice- value for money
Great place for the budget conscious. Phillip and Robin were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist and stop and ask how every thing was going. The snacks and beer in the room are listed at shop prices not massive mark ups, the restaurant on site is BRILLIANT (Big Daddy's). we ate there every night and morning - again, the pricing is epic! Try the soup of the day (My Fav).... They don't charge all the extra fees that get tacked on either. The pool is lovely and we spent a lot of time there too. Please note, this is a budget hotel but you WILL get your moneys worth.

Good stay! Upgraded to balcony room, close to the main road for food and shopping, not far from the beach and a pool that they allowed to be used after hours...Great after a day after scooting around everywhere. However the sheets were dirty... Glad we brought our own!

Great value hotel in Goa
We stayed at the Marina Bay Beach Resort for 6 nights . The room was great value for what we paid hotel staff very friendly room was cleaned every day even though it didn't need it. A very quiet area of Goa to stay at . Breakfast (Indian )was very good. Would recommend this hotel if you don't want to pay a lot of money.

Kontaktaufnahme und Restaurant
Von Siliguri (West Bengalen) habe ich Kontakt via EMail zum Hotel aufgenommen. Die Anreise vom Flughafen zum Hotel, immerhin 45 km oder knapp eine Stunde Fahrzeit, wollte organisiert sein. Robin vom Hotel arrangierte alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte sehr freundlich und problemlos. Die gesamte Anlage war im familiären Stil gehalten, sehr sauber und ruhig. (wir waren allerdings zum ende der Saison da) Eine negative Meldung habe ich trotzdem. Das Restaurant ist nicht empfehlenswert. Man kann satt werden, wer es aber etwas schöner haben will, sollte in eines der vielen kleinen Restaurant in den Ort gehen. Alles in allem aber sehr angenehmer Auffenthalt.
