Staff were wonderful and always happy to help! Unfortunately the info booklet in the rooms claim that yoga is available in the “gallery” room upstairs, however reception informed us when we rang to confirm the times of yoga classes - that yoga is not available at Tapa Tepi anymore which was a little disappointing. Moreover, the info booklet informs you of the free premium TV channels Included in your stay ( eg HBO, nickelodeon etc) however these channels are actually not available. We phoned reception regarding this and they said only “certain” rooms have access these channels. Our TV screen was also partially broken. Apart from this, our hotel stay was lovely. Big thanks to the staff at Tapa Tepi.

This stay was great, the staff were so accommodating and friendly, always asking if we needed anything and if our room was good/if we had any issues with it. The location is really good, tucked away from the rd so it seems quieter but so close to many awesome shops and restaurants, an ATM, a convenience store and the beach! Our room was cleaned every morning, our room had great air conditioning and the breakfast was delicious. They had a lovely lady there who did massages/facials, she was very good! They also offer multiple transport through the hotel with scooter hiring, car transport which is a handy way of getting around. All up had everything we needed!

Originally booked a room for a week to attend a wedding, unfortunately I had an accident that required surgery. The whole team at Tapa Tepi Kali went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible, took the time to come and check on me and without a thought extended my stay and moved me to another room with easier access on crutches. If all of this wasn’t enough they helped me organise a surprise for my mum on Mother’s Day and even gave me a bouquet of flowers wishing me a speedy recovery. I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff have been so empathetic and willing to help in time of need. 10/10 customer service for sure, will definitely stay again!
