Even better than the first time we went!
We were very happy to be back 3 years later our first stay at Roc Fleuri - I usually love to change hotels every time, but we kept good memories of the young owner, Fanny, and her cozy, welcoming hotel. The breakfast was so good, with eggs and cheese (I think that was not there last time) on top of delicious pastries and homemade jams and yogurt. Our room had a balcony and Fanny, albeit her pregnancy was very attentive and as friendly as we remembered her. It's a bit farther the center (12 minutes walk to the port; 15 to the first beaches) but we actually liked that - Cannes is a busy city and the Roc Fleuri is a lovely and quiet oasis! We would certainly come back again.

Don’t look any further!
If you love more of a boutique bed and breakfast kind of place , this is it!! Everything about this place was perfect. From the staff, to the room, to the garden, and especially the breakfast!! Hands down the best place to stay in Cannes if you want a more unique, French, homey experience!

The villa with the Carl family is a wonderful B&B - very special - and the entire residence is such a lovely place for a stay in Cannes. Fanny has such an eye for details, gives great advice for trips in the region and is such a positive host. We will definitely come back.

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Es wird sehr viel Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Gerne immer wieder!

Struttura molto curata nel dettaglio, ti senti a casa ma con tutti i comfort di una struttura ricettiva. I proprietari sono molto ospitali e gentili. La camera era pulita, il letto molto comodo, il bagno grande e confortevole. La casa è immersa nel verde, c'è molta pace. Grazie Fanny!

Séjour malheureusement trop court. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, accueillants et la villa est splendide. A refaire très certainement, pour un weekend détente !

Très sympa
Petite chambre d'hôte perchée dans une rue étroite, pleine de charme. La vue du balcon est superbe. Cocooning. Petit dej en terrasse super agréable. Couple très avenant. Allez y les yeux fermés.

Lugar perfecto para descansar, tranquilo y los dueños súper atentos, todo muy bien cuidado y muy familiar. Aparcas en la calle pero hay sitio de sobra cerca.

Une superbe maison d'hôtes entourée de verdure dans un quartier calme tout en étant proche du centre-ville. Un accueil au top de la part de Fanny et ses deux chiennes et un petit déjeuner somptueux

Best host ever!
Location was great, walking distance to all attractions, but peacefully quiet. Room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The best of all was our host Fanny, allways friendly and helpful
