"Det var meget roligt, nærværende og afslappende. Der var plads til at være sig selv. Personalet var meget søde, behagelige, hjælpsomme og obs. på om man manglede noget. De spurgte om de skulle komme med anbefalinger til spisesteder og parkeringsmuligheder i Como og udenfor byen, som var en stor hjælp! Winter Garden Hotel - Bergamo Airport

"Great place to stay! Staff were fantastic and the restaurant is incredible. Our only hiccup was we booked the shuttle and it left about 15 mins later than we booked so if you’re going to use it, I’d suggest giving yourself lots of time."

"Went for a special occasion. Did not disappoint. Pretty much outstanding from start to finish. Start with the property - location - quiet, looks over the lake, 5 minute stroll into bellagio. The hotel and grounds are extremely well maintained. The spa was immaculately clean. Room was refreshed twice a day. That’s right - they came with more towels and water in the afternoon as well as the AM full refresh. The gardens, pool area and the infinity jacuzzi pool are beautiful. Staff and service - all staff were very well trained. For example the young girl working on the pool bar knew everything about the wines from the pool bar list. She chilled the glass with ice before serving a taste… little details clearly matter to them. They all wanted to talk and ask how are stay was going and if there was anything they could do for us. Food and drink - unreal. Had the tasting menu at Albori with wine flight. Sommelier has a thousand different bottles in the cellar. Service again was worthy of any 2/3 star restaurant. Cannot wait to return. Felt so sad to be leaving!"

"This hotel is a gem for the price to be honest. If you’re just stopping by Milan and need a clean, modern place to rest without breaking the bank, this is perfect. You wont find something at this price range with a decent level of comfort in Milan. The location is pretty decent, so you can get around easily. I usually avoid these low budget, no-frills spots, but this one stands out. Maybe just a small smile from the staff would make it even better!"

"I had a great stay on a solo weekend trip here. The room was super clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and the rooftop pool and bar was perfect! It’s about a 20 minute, easy walk to the lake (I walk fast - might be a little more) and city center - which I found to be just right."

"My whole family is very judgmental when it comes to hotels, its location, cleanness, and service. I can comfortably state that this hotel exceeded our expectations. Location was at a perfect spot. It was almost on the lake with great views and 10 min walk to the town centers. We loved the rooftop restaurant for its fun ambiance, food quality and service. Book without hesitation! Thank you"

"Hotel Excelsior Splendide was amazing! The location was absolutely perfect, with everything in Bellagio just a short walk away. Our room had a beautiful view of Lake Como, and we loved relaxing by the pool after exploring. The hotel was beautiful, the room was great, and the included breakfast was an added bonus. We couldn't recommend it more!"
