If that is the only configuration possible, perhaps a larger TV screen might be in order. No biggie, otherwise a fantastic stay."

"Upon arrival, we were graciously provided with early check-in. We were also provided with a room upgrade; which enhanced our Anniversary getaway. Hot tub, pool and gym was a nice added touch to have. Highly recommend Lord Elgin versus any other hotel in the downtown Ottawa core! "

"The room was clean and had everything we needed. We used the gym and it was clean too and had a good variety of machines and weights. The food was amazing !! Great dinner and breakfast at the hotel and great service. Shawn was a great server at the Carleton grill . He had great service and was very funny! I forgot my servers names at the breakfast place but he was amazing and so kind and attentive! The valet was also great and everyone had such a warm and friendly matter! Definitely recommend this hotel and the breakfast package is very worth it. "
