"Friendly staff and great location by the Hollywood Bowl"

"I arrived too early for check-in but the super friendly and welcoming desk clerk registered me and gave me a key to the Business Center which had a bathroom. They turned on the air-conditioning for me. The bed is my room was perfrct. Its a large Best Western with a pool, a huge parking lot and many rooms all of which the staff of many keeps very clean. I would stay here again. "

"Hotel is next to fwy, lots of eateries nearby. Neighborhood is clean and looks safe. Room was cozy and quiet. Price was reasonable. Can use an upgraded Tv but it worked. Besides that I would stay again."

"All was great - comfy bed, clean and spacious room, friendly front desk, etc. The only bummer was the parking stated $50(!), while posting a sign they were not responsible for items left in the car (surprising considering how much you're paying, and was really $55 when we checked out. The validation card didn't work at the gate and caused a delay in getting out because it took many calls thru the Help button to actually get someone to let us go "

"The Edmon restaurant was excellent. Staff is very nice and helpful. Walking distance to many sites. The cafe is great. The room is good for 2 people. The bathroom is small but workable. "

"Our recent stay at the Hotel Burbank was excellent. The hotel was clean, quiet and very conveniently located in an area with a variety of restaurants and shops both within walking and very short driving distance. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Even though we had to be in areas near Burbank for what we had come to town for, the location was not at all inconvenient, and is out of the hustle and crowd of downtown LA and that immediate area. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Burbank again if we are in the LA area."
