Check in and check out were fantastic - smooth and fast. Some issues with heating/ac system. We had a superking size bed but 2 mattresses. it would be great to have mattress of the same size of the bed

This hotel was great for overcoming jet lag. Our room was clean, spacious, and had room darkening curtains, sound proofing walls and glass doors. It served breakfast in the morning with multiple choices of food and drinks. The restaurant had local dishes at reasonable prices. It was a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and 25 minute walk to the Last Supper. It's in the heart of Milan. I was extremely impressed with this hotel and would stay there again.

I had the most incredible experience at ME Milan - Il Duca! The service provided by Jenny Rossi, Aura Manager, Sabrina Gallo, Concierge, Anthony Ardizzone, Head Concierge, and Gabriela Serranti, Front Office Manager, was simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out.Having traveled to almost 14 countries across Europe, I can confidently say that this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The Italian hospitality displayed by the team at ME Milan - Il Duca, was unparalleled. I have no way to express my gratitude to everybody.As a result, I wholeheartedly give, ME Milan - Il Duca a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay.
