Hôtel Le Concorde Québec

"When we got there we were given a room on the top floor, which normally is excellent but the mattress in that room was horrible. Hard as a rock. The AC looked like a new unit, but the noise that came out of that thing was rediculous. Barely slept... Next morning they changed our room and it was like night and day. Nice deep soft mattress and the AC, although older was way less noisy. Bathroom was beat up a bit, but good enough. The cleaning lady was very nice and did a great job. We used the pool every single day. Nice and warm and has a couple waterfalls. Not too deep. The area itself needs a good cleaning. The fake trees all over looked quite dusty. Jacuzzi was good for old bones...lol All in all, I would stay there again. Location is awesome."
