"We were using public transportation, so it's easy to get from the train station to the hotel using the metro. Then, you can walk to a nice little mall, a great trattoria and pizzeria, and the salernitana stadium."

"We had a wonderful stay here! The boutique hotel had spacious rooms and was situated on lovely grounds. A quick walk took us to the Paestum Archeological Site, and when we returned we enjoyed some gelato, sorbets and wine served in their garden. Dining at the restaurant attached to the hotel (Casa Coloni) was fantastic. We got their fish menu, and it was one of the best meals we’ve had to date on our excursions across Italy. "My wife and I stayed Thursday through Sunday, the hotel did allow us to check out 30 minutes late till 11am and we were also allowed to leave our luggage while we continued to check out Salerno all day Sunday. All front desk personnel were great, the entire premises was clean, the breakfast was limited but good, our room was clean, and the balcony had 2 chairs and a table were we could drink and have a smoke. We stayed here as a more economic alternative to staying in the Amalfi Coast, which was our reason for visiting the area. "
