"My husband and I stayed at this beautiful hotel for our honeymoon. We were kindly greeted and were pleasantly surprised to an upgrade to a beautiful room with a terrace. I had the best sleep ever so comfortable and clean. The breakfast was lovely, perfect amount to get started for the day, some fresh fruit and tomatoes with olive oil and oregano prepared with care. The best cappuccino we've had. We can tell the family puts much Love into running the hotel. The family who ran it were all so friendly and helpful, they were even kind enough to help us with a ride to the port so we could catch our bus on time. Extremely happy with everything and would stay again if ever back in the area. Thank you so much :))"

"From the moment we stepped in to this hotel we were blown away. The staff were superb and the unexpected upgrade to sea view took our breath away (and was very much appreciated). This was our first trip abroad as a couple in over 20 years and everything about this hotel made it very very special. The decor, location, breakfast, amazing staff and sea views. We were sad to leave but will definitely be back. Highly recommended. "

"What a gem! We were not expecting the wonderful, charming, and thoroughly enjoyable stay. This is the place to stay for a weekend or week on Capri. Centrally located, spotlessly clean, with large, quiet and charming rooms you will not be disappointed. The staff is absolutely wonderful, and was always available for assistance or advice. It is the oldest running hotel in Capri and when you stay there you understand why. It has that old Europe charm and decor, but is immaculately maintained. The pictures I viewed on Expedia and other sites made it look tacky, dated, and I feared our room and bathroom would be tiny. I was totally wrong. The decor works and our room was about 3 times the size I expected. The bed was perfect, and we not only had a patio, we also had a sitting room and refrigerator. We also took advantage of a small discount given to guests who use the spa on the ground level and can highly recommend it. We will be sure to return to Capri, and will definitely return to the Gatto Bianco!"

"Beautiful property. We were upgraded free of charge and the room did not disappoint. Very spacious with a beautiful ocean view. Free breakfast was spectacular and suitable for all. Free shuttle service to and from town and the drivers were super friendly. Will recommend to family and friends who are traveling to the Amalfi Coast. "

"Hotel is beautiful and in a fantastic location . Staff excellent. The restaurant is great but fine dining isn’t something I would do for 4 nights and there’s only room service as an option. The other (beach bar) was closed. Finally it is advertised as having air conditioning. This is only set to heating until May so there was no air conditioning. "

"Incredible location. Best views of Capri, quiet area year accessible to everywhere. The staff is super nice and there are shuttles every 10 min to the Capri center (you could also walk about 20 min). I highly recommend this hotel. "
