My favorite thing is to sit on the platform and have breakfast while admiring the view of the sea. The staff are very nice and speak multiple languages, so communication is smooth. I live on the second floor and the room facilities are a bit outdated

The staff here were fantastic and made our stay very enjoyable. It is easy to walk to the port or the main square from the property, it's close to half way in-between the two. Be prepared for lots of stairs, cabs are expensive so we did a lot of walking but there is a bus stop near by too. The breakfast cost 10 euro and was very good. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice enough. Overall very happy with our stay!

Great place. The owner is fantastic and very helpful. Convenient location just a short walk up the hill. Capri is up the hill just a bit further. I would definitely stay here again.

Look this booking was available and cheap. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Nearby to Marina Grande Beach at a 5-10 minute walk and 200 feet incline. Also nearby to the Capri town with lots of shopping and good restaurants at 10 minute walk and another 200 feet incline. However, the biggest letdown is the cleanliness of the property. The shower heads and sink heads were covered with mold. The AC also had mold. The room didn’t lock properly. And the furniture and walls were stained with dirt. We really wanted to love this property but the dirtiness of the restrooms was a huge letdown. Overall if you want a cheap easy stay, then book this hotel. Otherwise, probably best to book a better hotel elsewhere.

The Villa is very well maintained and clean. We had contact with one staff member and the manager on our stay July 31- August 1, 2023, and the staff member was excellent, very attentive and very hard working! The view from the villa is amazing! We would definitely return!

The very best part of this property is Jacopo Fronzoni. He is a fantastic host and does an excellent job communicating. Well ahead of time they were aware we needed late check in and he sent us clear instructions. No extra charge as so many have suggested. I think giving the advance notice is why. He also helped us with what to do and how to get around. In addition arranging the porter service of the bags back to ferry. He was just so lovely and worth any other hassles. The room does need a bit of an update, but it is still lovely with great air conditioning during a heat wave. Capri is built in a cliff. It is definitely half way up hill to the villa from the port and then another short uphill walk to the Center of Capri - but that is what yuy must know there are stairs everywhere in Capri and the Amalfi Coast. It’s the way it is. thank you Jacopo l for being such a gracious host!

Excellent location and stunning views
The room was cute and clean. It is well situated between Marina Grande and Capri Town. It is less than a 10 minute walk from both. The breakfast was good and included cake , yoghurt , fruit , coffee , juice , pastries , cheese and cold meats. The host was helpful in providing a map and plenty of suggestions on places to visit and how to get there. He was very well informed. You could have breakfast on the terrace which had a lovely view of the ocean. We were also able to leave bags there after checkout which gave us plenty of time to explore the island before catching an evening ferry back to Naples. I would highly recommend Villa Patrizi for anyone looking to stay in Capri. I also recommend staying and not just doing a day trip to the island.

Beautiful Villa in a quiet area. It’s near a bus stop so convenient for getting around the island. Owner spent time to explain the transportation and best places to visit. Comfortably slept 4 in our room. Definitely recommend this Villa!!

The family owned BnB was very cozy and the location was central to the port and the city of Capri. The brother owners were very accommodating and available. They offered great recommendations for places to go. Great pace to stay while in Capri😊

What a lovely spot! The owner was very helpful and quick to communicate in regards to any questions. The room we booked was large and had a terrace with a decent view. The view from the top central area is magnificent, which is about a 10 minute walk up hill. The pool was small, but we did not use it. We only stayed for one night and mainly wanted to explore Capri the night before and next day. The owner was happy to hold our luggage for us while we explored after check out but we ended up using a spot by the dock which was 3euro to hold our luggage while we did the blue grotto tour (highly recommend).

Vasco is a very helpful and pleasant gentleman. The villa is conveniently located if you don’t mind some walking and steps or taxi. Furniture can use upgrade.

The pictures were very deceiving on the Expedia ad. The property was not maintained well and looked very old. The pictures must have been taken when it first opened. Lights were out around the property and room, paint job needed, very very small rooms, air condition barely worked and beds uncomfortable. Nice owner though. Full suit cases would not fit in these rooms, we had carry ons only and it was tight. Felt very deceived, although the patio of the hotel had a nice water view. The road to get to the Piazza felt very dangerous and no other way off the property.

The service and assistance was outstanding. We really appreciated the assistance with the scooter and suggested things to do. The pool was a very nice addition. Enjoyed the patio for breakfast. Given the heat it was refreshing but the lack of hot water was a minor annoyance. I’m not sure if it was a time of day / solar heater issue.

The pool was a nice feature. The property could be easily spruced up, small details make a big difference. Example, there was leftover shampoo bottles and hair ties by the outdoor shower my entire stay. Small things like this should be picked up

Super Staff, but uncomfortable nights
The hotel Jacopo welcomed us on our first day and was very helpful and nice, giving us pointers on what to do and how to move from the hotel. The hotel is located in a very good spot exactly between the Marina and Capri town, being walking distance from both. However, the disappointment came during the first night when we went to bed, the bed was very uncomfortable, it’s on of those metal posts you find in sofa beds, which squeaks whenever you move. On the second day when showering, the water pressure was a disaster, I spent 30 minutes in there just to get the shampoo out of my hair, and when we called they said it’ll take at least 30 minutes to all someone and fix. Lastly, we were given the first room next to the reception, the view was amazing but it’s was extremely noisy, you can hear people coming in and out of the hotel, up and down the stairs and in the reception discussing check in and check out, even though the hotel mentions that the rooms are “sound proof”. I don’t feel good about writing this because the people were truly very nice, but if you’re looking for an average place to stay then this will work (too expensive for it though), but if you’re looking for an actually comfortable place we’re you can get a good night sleep and make your moneys worth, sorry to say this is not it.

Horrible Hotel experience
My wife and I travel a lot, I am an Emergency Physician in Southern California and attend lots of conferences. During our trip to Italy we decided to stop in Capri for one night, it’s unfortunate but I have to say this was probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I am very easy going and not one to complain as my time is more valuable than being spent on this review however I want people to be aware of our experience before going here. First off we showed up on time to our hotel and he made us wait 1 hour to clean rooms telling us check in time is a range btw 12-3pm and unpredictable so you just wait around until the rooms are ready, then my wife noticed he was rooming other people that had paid more for their rooms and had suites. When we got the room the AC wouldn’t work initially and room was hot so we left to go explore Capri only to come back at 1030pm to locked doors we were unable to get into the hotel apparently they have an access code that he did not provide to us as he had forgotten but he had left for the day and hotel phone number goes to answering service. Jacob happens to be hotel manager , owner, and reception all in one. We ended up spending 2 hours outside and calling the police to assist us and still could not get inside his cell number was nowhere to be found. When We told him what happened the next day he did not care at all said their is nothing that can be done. This hotel ruined our Capri experience so be weary if you go here.
