Indonesian friend brought friend and i to hotel check in, asked to wait n then i showed her online reservation details... I repeated request for 2 beds n late check out if possible. She then gave us room key, went to room but key card not working, had to call staff up n saw that room had a queen n a single bed. Did not think too much about it. Next morning received call in room that we were given wrong room n staff insisted we asked for 2 double beds as we had 3 people and that soecific room number n wanted to forfeit my deposit. I argued that they did not leave note in room when we were out to resolve issue after we came back as they said they tried calling room but no answer. After my argument that staff saw reservation details n yet accused me of asking for double beds n room number, manager told me then she will get staff to pay but that next time it will be charged. This accusation and attitudes of hotel front desk staff is totally unacceptable n left a very bad impression that even my indonesian friend said she will ask friends to not stay in this hotel as initially she thought we had a very nice room... Restaurant staff are friendly but definitely not the front desk staff as even as i checked out, the lady manager told me that next time the deposit will be forfeited if it happens again.... This is really bad bad staff attitude!!!!!
