"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"Hotel vraiment beau mais ma chambre était très éloignée du bâtiment principale et le service de navettes finissait a 23h00 (un peu tôt pour des vacances en Italie). Par contre les navettes passent souvent (entre 2 à 5 min), pas des longues attentes. Mini-club super pour ma fille de 9 ans. Magnifique restaurant avec une vue imprenable.Nous avons bien mangé.
