"Check in was very slow, we were kept waiting a long time, there was not enough staff on reception. Lovely room. We didnt have breakfast or food there, drinks in bar were expensive."

"One thing needs sorting - no information in the room You have to turn on TV and scan QR code - not helpful when you don't use the TV so didn't know it was a thing! And then you cannot see the breakfast times at the weekends - screen info difficult to read as back ground busy Room service menu very poor "
