The key card they gave me didn’t work, and I was locked out for an entire night—with no one available to help, no phone answering, nothing. "Air conditioning did not work at all. Hard beds with springs everywhere. Pillows paper thin and was so bad needed to look for another hotel. Pictures were misleading."
