"There wereno pla es to oark and I have a disability. No one to help with luggage. Had to park 2 blocks away.The room ,decor, and paint in the room looked like original . No shampoo or soap in the BR. After I got my luggage to the first floor which would be our 2nd they locked off the lift to the first floor. My room had a small veranda but the door was looked and not accessible probably because broken window out there. The air conditioning was wonderful. I moved to a new place the next day."

"Third time in Lucca and couldn't fault this hotel. Great location for (numerous) laps of the walls. Comfortable rooms, good choice of food and drinks for breakfast and surprise complimentary drinks / cakes in an afternoon. Hot tub and outside lounge area meant we could relax outside. Also complimentary bike hire means you save a fortune from the local bike hire shops. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thank you. "

Mornings were a treat thanks to the generous breakfast spread: fresh pastries, fruit, eggs, and delicious Italian coffee that kept us going all day. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to everything, including the city walls and lovely piazzas. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort, hospitality, and value so well. Whether you’re travelling with kids or just looking for a peaceful getaway, this hotel hits all the right notes. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Lucca!"
