"Nice and close for walking to and from town/activities"

"I did not like (1) Small room with congested space (2) Not very clean (3) Bathroom is not very good (4) Less light in the room I liked (1) Best value for money. With this small amount of money the service they provided was awesome (2) Breakfast was superb. I am amazed that they gave us so much (unlimited bread, milk, verities of corn flakes, coffee etc.) with so little money"

The location is excellent, a quick and easy walk to town. Breakfast and evening drinks and canapes all included are a lovely touch. Extremely clean and comfortable. We will be back. "

"This is a great location in Frankton, quiet, not far from a very busy Queenstown and the views are spectacular from the room. Walking/bike track is excellent.
