"Can’t fault this Beautiful Hotel. Very clean, up market decor, friendly knowledgeable staff, easy parking. Nice location out near the airport with a great shopping centre near by. A fantastic Thai restaurant next to the laundromat. Nice breaky. Lovely comfortable lounge area to relax with a drink. 10/10"

"Liked the decor and the free chocolates and drinks. Location was very close to the shops and the Kawarau river. We enjoyed our stay. However the bed mattress was quite soft, would be great if it can be replaced with a firmer mattress. "

"Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent view. But the property is a bit tired and needs a little TLC. Was a bit odd that the ensuite didn’t have a toilet in it, and you had to go out in the hallway to a shared one. And in the downstairs, the toilet was separate to the bathroom, which only had a basin to wash your hands, so, they should have been in the same room, not 2 separate rooms? But, in saying that. We did like our stay, the staff were lovely. Ok distance from town. Walking down didn’t take too long, but back up the hill was a little struggle for the unfit. But, about a $10 uber fare, so that was great!"

"Was very disappointed with our stay, photos looked beautiful. But when we arrived the rooms were average and the restaurant not accommodating. Was far too expensive for what we got we spent most of our time out of the hotel. Not good value for money and a shame compared to the other places we stayed in New Zealand "
