Small but neat and fine for one night. Easy to walk into Queenstown & bed comfortable. Pretty small room & tiny shared toilet downstairs and tiny shared shower outside our room upstairs but price was good for Queenstown so all good.
Great value stay in Queenstown. Convenient location only 10 minutes walk to town so you could leave your car at the property which had free parking. Property was clean and spacious although a little tired. Staff friendly and helpful.
We would definitely stay at Pinewood again.
Our only issue was that we didn't have anywhere to hang our wedding attire. Luckily I had my own hangers so I hung them on the bunk bars. However my other companions didn't.
Loved the shower and the beds were so comfortable and warm. The staff were so helpful and happy. Cool place.
The property was cleanly maintained with the necessary amenities provided. Location was easily accessible from the city/town.

15 minutes walk from city center. Close to skyline and kiwi park. There is a suoermarket nearby. Fridge in shared kitchen had segregated area for each room. Coins for laundry machine can be bought at reception so that you don't need any cash.
Overall very good stay with reasonable price
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is close enough to the town centre and an easy walk. There are many different accommodation buildings spread over a large property, giving a spacious holiday park feel. Facilities are old but everything worked, including the heater.
Towel rack above toilet - not ideal.
Sink with mirror overhead makes brushing teeth difficult.
Rooms are well heated, and love the self contained nature.
We booked a family ensuite room at what we thought was a hostel for our one night in Queenstown not expecting much, and were very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable, clean, and just generally nice the room was. It happened to be the night that the World Cup semi final was on at 7 AM, but we couldn't get it on the TV in our room. The lovely lady at reception had no idea how to fix that, but found us another, empty room where we could watch the important game, which was absolutely above and beyond. Would return here in a heartbeat. (Also, even though we arrived about 10 PM, we were able to park almost right outside our room, in the height of ski season.)
Very basic but clean accomodation well priced and central to everything Queenstown has to offer.

Basic accommodation but very close to town. There sre quite a few car parks dottrd around but get filled up. The staff were very accommodating to help us find a space.
Relatively close to the city roughly 1km so you can walk to downtown Qt which is handy. Parking can be tricky as there are limited spots. Has all amenities one needs for a comfy stay.
