We had an incredible time, 80% of that was to the ambiance, the incredible, top notch service we received from ALL staff members. From the servers in all restaurants to the bartenders, the check in personnel, the live entertainment staff team. We did not want to leave. It was a joke in paradise. Beautiful hotel, extremely clean and neat. The fact is delicious. If you want a perfect, quiet getaway this Palace is the place to go. "

The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and the beach area is one of the highlights of staying here. Rooms are comfortable enough, but the property overall is starting to show its age and could benefit from some updates and renovations to match the price point and expectations. While it offers convenience and a beautiful beachfront setting, improvements to the facilities would make the experience even better."
