"The front desk staff couldn't be any more friendly and accommodating. The villa was so spacious and extremely clean in every aspect. Fabulous. If I had to complain about something it would be the walk from guest parking to the building. Across grass. A few paved or shell paths are very much needed. Also, the parking lot for guest parking is full of deep potholes. Lastly, there is a lack of lighting along the drive from the road to the hotel."

"We stayed 8 days. Associates were fun professional knowledgeable and very helpful. Rooms could use an update but overall the property is great. Multiple pools multiple restaurants situated on a massive beach 😎 we will definitely return to Holiday Inn Aruba"
