"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. "Having read some of the earlier poor reviews, I was a little nervous. But I needn’t have been because this is a lovely clean and well run hotel in a great position. "Our experience at this hotel was beyond excellent. The room was so clean and modern and had two rooms with large rounded windows and a lovely balcony where you can see the city/port. The shower was clean and had great water pressure and the beds were made nicely each day. We were so happy with our view but when we went to the rooftop it was even more breathtaking, providing 360 degree views of the mountains, city, and water- a great photo opp. The staff was helpful and nice, especially Giancarlo at the front desk who was so helpful in figuring out the area and getting to the ferry. The free beach was fun and the restaurants delicious. Be sure to have a traditional dish like focaccia and pesto pasta, tiramisu or gelato. There is a small shop for essentials as well as another small shop for bottled water and snacks just a few blocks away. We wish we didn’t have to leave this little piece of heaven."

"Nice hotel, little dated, but in a great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent little pool, with a very reasonably priced bar. Good breakfast. Would go again. The town is beautiful. Only downside, parking at the hotel is very tight. Small multi story carcark up the hill, but it’s a little expensive."
