"The property is very conveniently located in Carlsbad California. It seems to be under remodel but never saw anyone working on the remodel. I would love to get my hands on the remodeling as the rooms themselves were very well designed, with a nice a floorplan and working kitchen, bathroom, and living area. Perfect for those who don't want to eat out every meal, which these days has become a very pricey option. However not much in the way of cooking equipment and untensils. You kinda get the feeling they really don't want you to cook too much. Full size fridge and even a dishwasher that looks like its been barely used. We kinda like places like this when we travel. Just needed to be better staffed and equipped with some more hotel essentials.. like an extra blanket that we requested and couldn't get cause they ran out. "

"My 3rd visit ...400 gorgeous grounds with flowers everywhere. Upgraded room...great steakhouse and other restaurants good...friendly accommodating staff. Its just a wonderful place "

"Just a quick day trip to get out of the city and be close to the beach. In a decent area with walking distance stores and restaurants. Had people outside partying in front of my door, called to the front office to notify them and they addressed and took care of the situation right away. Thank you so much for that! "

"Staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Pillow and beds are comfortable. Plenty of soap and lotion if you forget to pack some. The pool is great. "
