"I needed a place to stay overnight - coming in on an international flight connecting to a domestic. Not too surprising these days, it was a mess - so I came in more than six hours late. Despite it being near midnight - the manager was there to let me in and the room comfortable and convenient. Sure it's not the Ritz-Carlton at Turtle Bay (a truly superb hotel) - but it does the job and it does it well, especially for the price. It's in a safe area with a couple of good breakfast places nearby as well as a Vons for essentials. Thank you to the manager for the friendly welcome and for offering a more than reasonable product."
