"No working Internet! Uncomfortable room, smelled like cigarette smoke. TV did not work. Sheets and pillowcases were dirty. When asked repeatedly for help on these and other matters I was told that the maintenance worker was gone for the day. They wouldn't move me to another room even though many others were available. They refused refund my payment...gave me a nonworking phone number to voice my complaints/concerns."

"We checked into the hotel and after getting to our room realized that there was a deep smell that was off putting. The sound of freeway traffic wasn't dampened at all, likely because of the fact that the door wasn't sealed with a large gap to the outside. We informed the hotel but they stated that's to be expected and there were no better rooms. We had to leave to find a new hotel as they weren't willing to help and we couldn't sleep due to the noise and smell."

"The hotel was very pretty. The rooms are so big, clean, and nice. The windows was very dirty. The smell of smoking was everywhere even in the room. you can smell the smoke. I couldn’t sleep because of the smoke. The pool was not deep enough for swimming. But it was nice and warm. Food choice is not enough."
