"The room was very clean, but no complementary water was provided in the room. My first night 4/28 I went to purchase a cocktail and play at the bar (the bar that has the sports room attached). I sat down made eye contact with the bartender. He did not come over he proceeded to take not just one order but numerous orders of customers that just came to the bar way after me. He knew I was there but never took my order. I ended up leaving and going to only other bar that was open. I’m sure you can look on your cameras and verify the incident. Never have I been treated so rudely and for no reason. We had massages on 4/29 wonderful staff and Lupe is absolutely amazing. Dinner at Hells Kitchen was wonderful and the staff was A+."

"We had an incredible time at the Pala Casino Resort and spa. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel completely at home. The room was immaculate."

"The property was convenient but the room had a musty odor and needed updating. The idea of staying on a manmade lake with amenities was appealing however everything closed early. If you made plans for the day and wanted to paddle around the lake after dinner, there was no opportunity. The staff was friendly however they were not forthcoming with information unless you asked a lot of questions. "

"Room smell like smoke i have 2 children n didn’t have any room available. Nobody at the front desk when I checked in had to wait for 20 min. Breakfast serve late at 8am."

"Checking it was extremely difficult. I was there with our wedding party - we had about 20 rooms total. Everyone had a very difficult time checking in. It looks us an hour. And then after the long wait they tried selling everyone a timeshare. Obviously very short staffed."
