Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Definitely will not use this hotel even if they paid me. Elena on reception staff was excellent at helping with transport and advising on local points of interest, concierge Arriana was excellent at giving tips on local points of interest. Cons- no milk given in the rooms, kettle would be better than nespresso machine for tea drinkers. Overall a very pleasant stay with only minor recommendations. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. "-Room cleaned every day
-Staff was friendly
-Air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly
When too hot you can not reset the gage for the right temperature
-the hair dryer was making noise and it was dangerously hot
-hygiene, I asked for new tea cup, the cleaner took my cups in bathroom washed and gave it to me.
I was shocked, I don’t know what to say.
-toilets bowl was clean but the back of the toilet seat yellow poo stains, hairs.
And I saw they were cleaning the room and all the new bad...

"Obviously management fails, stayed for 4 days with my partner. Staff are nice and tried their best to make things work but it's just too stretchy for them to patch the existing failed system.
