"The room was lovely and the shower was amazing but the food options if you aren't up to eat late are kinda terrible and the prices are definitely gougey for what you would get. Probably because it's an airport hotel and so it's your only option. I couldn't get vegetarian food served at the time I was awake so I ended up going without. Sound proofing is either lacking or else I just had very loud neighbours."

"Unfortunately my meeting was suddenly canceled the day before I was going to visit the hotel. I just wanted to ask if there is any option that I can take rather a refund or change. I fully understand that hotels.com option was non refundable. So I just wanted to have a confirmation response from the hotel side. I asked through the app but didn't get any answer from the hotel.
