"The hotel and staff were beyond my expectations; fabulous! So friendly with surprises for us like a room upgrade, a chilled bottle of champagne, a 1/2 bottle of red wine, our large room with a beautiful bathroom, living room with seating, wonderful bed, great restaurant called Sfizio with delicious food and a lovely manager! The front desk personnel were very helpful and kind. Walking distance to the major sights including the Duomo, Opera, Galleria Vittorio Emanuel’s II, etc. Fantastic! "

Metro stop is within a 1-2 minute walk from hotel. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I’d absolutely stay here again. "
