Staff were nice, but had limited ability to help. The wifi was really bad. Only one AC worked, so one of us spent night sweltering in the heat. Worse, there is a bar downstairs that parties hard until wee hours of the morning. No elevator; no breakfast, not even coffee for a fee.

Die Zimmer entsprachen weder den positiven Bewertungen anderer Gäste noch den in den Bildern dargestellten Erwartungen. Aufgrund dieser Diskrepanz drängt sich der Eindruck auf, dass einige der abgegebenen Bewertungen möglicherweise gefälscht waren. Nach einer Rücksprache mit dem Hotel entschieden wir uns, das Hotel zu wechseln. Dabei wurde uns versichert, dass wir eine Rückerstattung erhalten würden. Jedoch, nach unserer Rückkehr nach Hause, lehnte das Hotel die Erstattung ab und zeigte sich unkooperativ, selbst nach wiederholten Kontaktversuchen seitens Expedia. Letztendlich brachen sie ihr Versprechen, was dazu führte, dass wir auf den Kosten sitzenblieben und zusätzliche Ausgaben für den Hotelwechsel tätigen mussten.

El hotel NG superó mis expectativas

A pesar de que la ubicación real no coincide con la de la plataforma, nos fue muy bien. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudar, la habitación y el baño estuvieron siempre limpios, con toallas limpias y secas. El Jacuzzi del ultimo piso genial! El wifi y el TV funcionaron bien. El sector es lleno de opciones para comer y diversión.
