Great place to stay in a very safe area. Exito grocery store and many many restaurants are less than 5 min away. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Room was very clean and room service was promptly. Felt blessed to be there. The only complain is the wifi was very unstable and didn't work most of the time time and Wifi is important. But no complaints otherwise. Loved the place and highly recommended.

The room was a bit tight but it served its purpose. The staff was sweet and accommodating. The hotel location is great near all restaurants and bars in walled city. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The shower had low water pressure and limited hot water, but since its hot and humid region its ok. The a/c worked great.

Simple self check in with no hotel staff. Rooms.were clean and comfortable, not much in terms of hotel amenities but communication was excellent on Whatsapp and provided good value.

This was a pretty nice hotel. The room was clean, the staff was nice and attentive. This is a great location within walking distance of Getsemaní and Centro area with the market near the clock tower. There is a bar connected and a great restaurant across the street that serves coffee and sandwiches etc. My only issue was the noise. The room doors are not solid nor flush to the frames. It was like a build out inside your home rather than what you’d expect from a hotel. I mean you could hear EVERYTHING. Guests were hanging out in the hallway, super noisy although very nice and they didn’t seem bothered to move or quiet down when they saw us go into our room. Just kept right on, so always keep cultural differences in mind when traveling. Aside from that, I have no real complaints and would honestly stay here again. I didn’t go on this vacation in the heart of the city to be quiet. It was truly a blast.

We loved it!

The boutique hotel is cute, rhe room was spacious, and slthe service was phenomenal. The only thing is that you can hear the people next door, but they provided earplugs for it. The room is beautifully decorated and very centric to la Ciudad Amurallada. We had a great time!

This was a nice boutique hotel as the name suggested. There were not many rooms in the hotel which made it a nice and quiet space after the loud crowds of the city center. The staff were friendly with recommendations on where to eat when asked and the cleaning staff left my room immaculate everytime even straightening my clothes. Amazing experience

This "hotel" does not have a front desk or concierge but there is someone available at all times via WhatsApp and the cleaning staff were available if we needed. The rooms were absolutely charming with lovely murals. Location could not have been better. Walking to everything within Cartagena's old city. It wasn't noisy on a Tuesday or Wednesday night, but as there is a bar downstairs (seems to be same management), it likely is more noisy Thurs- Saturday. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again!

Room is really cute and unique in its decor. It can be a bit noisy but the hotel provides ear plugs. Location is superb. Bed is extremely comfortable. The only weird thing is that, even though there’s a separate entrance to the hotel, you have to go through the bar downstairs. There’s no front desk. Still, a very pleasant and cute boutique hotel
