Amazing stay! The breakfast was pretty good! The pool is beautiful and the beach is in the backyard! Amenities were good and location is good if you don’t want to be in an extremely busy area. Jesus was very helpful to me!

I highly recommend staying at any Faranda Collection hotel. This one in Cartagena is brand new, and I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. From the attentive staff to being just a few steps away from the beach, everything was perfect. The hotel is about a 10–15 minute ride from the airport and roughly the same distance to all the main tourist spots. An excellent location and a wonderful experience overall.

The hotel was beautifully renovated my as my room was equally beautiful balcony, a beautiful view of Boca grande check-in was beautiful. My receptionist was amazing… sad to say on my last day I decided to go up on the 14th floor to the pool area my partner I was sunbathing. We were the only one at the pool area at the time five staff members decided to come and have a 20 minute loud conversation adjacent to where we were sitting when there was no one else in the pool area and they could’ve done that anywhere when I asked if everything was OK the pool gentlemen let me know that this was his area at that time and I felt very intimidated & I also returned to the pool the next day prior to check out the same whole gentleman was there and again made the environment very uncomfortable as if I was disturbing his private property, again I was uncomfortable so for that I will not return to this hotel unfortunately … Beautiful hotel sad ….

Overall, we had a very positive experience. The breakfast buffet was great, short walk to the beach and wonderful staff! The morning we were checking out was pretty tough. We needed to get to the airport early afternoon and suddenly the electricity in the hotel went out! My wife was trapped on the 14th floor by the pool. No elevator, so she had to walk down 8 flights of stairs, and then the door was locked to get onto our floor. I was in the room on the 6th floor and was packing in the dark. We were told it would be restored in minutes, but 1 1/2 hours later no electricity. We made it to the airport, but it was quite stressful.

Excelente hotel frente a la playa y a solo 7 minutos del casco histórico de Cartagena. Todo es nuevo, con un diseño moderno y muy elegante. Las camas son muy cómodas y la piscina es grande y maravillosa, perfecta para relajarse. El desayuno es excelente y el personal es súper amable y profesional. Ideal si buscas tranquilidad, lejos del ruido pero con acceso rápido en taxi a la ciudad vieja. ¡Volveríamos sin duda!

Las amenidades del hotel superaron nuestras expectativas: todo muy bien cuidado, cómodo y pensado para disfrutar al máximo la experiencia.
