Besides the amazing staff and lovely Breakfast I can’t say any other positive thing. The dinner did not taste as great as the hotel I’ve been to before on Getsemaní and the prices were too high for such foods. The European style bathroom was terrible and the lighting in the room was too dark.

The access to the private beach specifically for a handicap person. All the staff are just awesome there is no words to describe how amazing they are.

I gave a 2. because I’m a Hilton member and have been for a long time and I was very disappointed that the presidential suite that I rented had no cups no bucket for Ice no utensils to eat. The bathroom is dirty. The shower there was a lot of things in that presidential suite that needed to be upgraded. There was a hole in the middle of the floor where a piece of rug covering it in the master bedrooms just had a lot going on and for that price I really wasn’t satisfied. The refrigerator wasn’t working. The refrigerator was filthy. They had a wine cooler in the kitchen that didn’t work was not happy with that room at all.
