Maid service was great, and even called when decide to pass one day on cleaning. Food selecton for breakfast was good, scrambled eegs, breads, fruits etc.For me it was location near fastfoods, ( across street and on right side of Mc Don, Chicken, and Coral, simikar to Burgerking. And of course Buffalo grill 5 blocks away for steak and cocktails for 6.00.

Holiday express is a great brand. Everything you need was close at hand. Staff was very polite and helpful. I hit the restaurant downstairs and upstairs same menu everywhere even for room service. The food was not that great though.

I like that the hotel staff were kind, polite and very helpful in any request specially the girl who help us to check in and out (do not have her name) also I love the Breakfast Buffet. The only thing is that they need to update the coffee machine, hair blow dryer and bath soap containers.

I am so glad I picked this hotel to stay in for our family trip to Cartagena. The staff was lovely, the hotel was clean and beautiful. The breakfast bar options were exquisite. I enjoyed my stay with my family. Everything such as restaurants, malls, etc. are all in walking distance.

TV did not work in the room. I paid for a 1 queen bed in room and received 2 full beds, very hard to sleep with 2 people on the full size bed. Otherwise. All was great.

Felt Judged and Unwelcome at This Hotel

I had a disappointing experience with a particular hotel employee. I suffer from back issues, and after a long day of swimming or walking around the city, I needed a therapeutic massage. I arranged for a professional therapist to come to my room—she arrived in her uniform with all her equipment. However, the receptionist called me down to the front desk and began asking uncomfortable and inappropriate questions, such as, "Are you sure she is here only as a therapist?" To avoid any misunderstanding, I booked a male therapist the next day, also dressed professionally in his clinic uniform. Yet, the same receptionist questioned me again in the same manner. By the third day, I realized she was still on duty, and I chose not to book a therapist at all, meaning I had to endure unnecessary pain. I was tempted to confront her about this repeated behavior, but I didn’t want to ruin my vacation. However, I left feeling disappointed and unwelcome. A hotel should respect the well-being and privacy of its guests rather than making them feel uncomfortable for seeking legitimate services.
