The space was beautiful, and all of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast topped it all off -- fresh fruit, juice, coffee, arepas, eggs. The hotel is located in a very ideal spot within the old walled city. It's very walkable (we only took a cab a couple of times during our stay).

The staff in this hotel is very nice. They were so nice and kind with our family and friends that we didn’t want to leave. Breakfast is very good with different options. Also, the location is perfect.

The air conditioning did not cool the entire room, despite running on the strongest setting for days. The pool is very small and in the basement, which renders it nearly unusable. The rooftop area is rundown — only a few chairs can be found there. The area around the hotel was quite noisy, and like the rest of the city, unsafe in the evening. Would not stay here again.

Wow wow wow. What a beautiful little boutique hotel. We will definitely come back. Really good area to be in the old town. Best location for exploring and the park infront had it going on all week.

Recomendo muito esse hotel.

Excelente ubicación, dentro de la ciudad amurallada, cerca de todo. Hotel muy limpio y tranquilo. Personal muy servicial, especialmente Jéssica que fue muy amable y servicial, nos ayudó y se esforzó por guiarnos y ayudarnos, excelente empleada. Hotel muy bonito y cuidado, muy acogedor. El desayuno es sabroso pero no variado. No hay quejas. Recomiendo mucho este hotel.

Fine but I’d spring for a nicer place

Great location. Good breakfast. Staff is lovely but don’t speak any English so brush up on your Spanish. Fine for the price, although I’d spend more money and stay nicer. My room had paper thin doors. No towels. I went to use the safe but the screws that secure to the wall had been removed. They did switch rooms for me which was appreciated. The new room was actually better.

The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants, park, etc. room was definitely way better than expected, plenty of room for a family of 4. I felt safe as it has someone 24hrs and there is a secure gate. Breakfast was good definitely recommended

When booking the room it did state on ground level. One thing to note ground level in this case means the hotel door opens to the outside. When we opened our door you walked out onto the street. This was fine for our family, but might be helpful to know when booking. Also with door opening directly to the street you hear everything going on. There are many street performers right outside your door, so if you are a night owl this is not a problem, but if you go to sleep early you may not like all the activity. Overall this hotel was a great location and we had a wonderful time exploring the city.

Localização excelente

Localização incrível, funcionários muito educados e solicitos. Café da manhã bem justo. Um problema seria acessibilidade, tem muitas escadas e não permite a estadia de pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. A limpeza é ótima, mas o hotel poderia ter um pouco mais de cuidado nos acabamentos, cúpula do lustre quebrada, etc. Recomendo a estadia e ficaria lá novamente.
