The receptionist Ingri was the best super nice and helpful ..how ever the place was super nice and clean love the breakfast the room reallt clean and staff was very helpful would definitely go back recommend

This property was nice for my visit. Juan was very helpful throughout our stay being that we spoke very little Spanish. There is a lot of food options around the area, the hotel does offer breakfast but it is very light so we did eat off property most days. The pool was amazing and we used it multiple times during out stay. The staff was very accommodating and we had no issues with scheduling airport transfer through them to and from. Uber was very easy to get and affordable from this location as well, we did use them almost daily as we traveled to the walled city a lot.

Everything is went well. The property is in a good location 3-5 from the clock tower (wall city) Breakfast was on point especially the omelette station. Very friendly staff. One of my biggest issue was the internet connection it wasn’t consistent and my smart tv wasn’t connecting to the internet so no TV. The pool well situated but need some love and care, missing tiles could be spotted and water needs a little treatment. Overall I was very pleased to stay there will definitely rebook there again in the future.

This place is nice however, so many issues with the key card. Such a large portion of our trip was spent at the front desk having to get back access to our rooms because the key cards would stop working. It was such an inconvenience, and no one ever apologized or gave a reason why this issue kept recurring. Additionally, the TV in our room didn't work. We had someone come try to fix it but gave up and there was no follow up or credit provided for the issue with the room. Overall, the place is nice and the breakfast is good but the customer service is not the best and any issues that arise during your stay will likely not be fixed or any accommodation offered. Very disappointed

The property was beautiful, walking distance from the beach and nearby shops & restaurants. The staff was courteous and helpful- especially Maria. The pool area is cute but the downstairs bathroom smelled like a history of mold or sewage or some type of water damage. The adjacent restaurant served a simple, yet delicious breakfast. Very nice.

Nice little boutique Hotel in Bocagrande. Problems started when the reception staff gave my gf several beers after seeing that she was already obviously inebriated somewhat. Then the next morning a VERY expensive Pilots chronograph watch was stolen. All in all a very frustrating stay.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful, but I feel like there is so much missing. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. There was no real window to my room. The room next to me had a balcony, but it opened up right in front of my room and I could hear the conversations as if they were in front of my face. The hallway lights are motion censored, but it is extremely dark until it is activated. There is no iron in the room and no dresser space. The room is very dark overall with only two lamps hanging from the ceiling on either side of the bed. There is no mirror For you to see yourself full length. It seems like this hotel is still under construction and needs a lot of improvement

Complete LIES! The pictures are not remotely close to actual representation. It is all filters, its like we got catfished. The lobby looks nice but the rooms are completely outdated. The towels look like there years old, threads coming off and very thin. The shower smells & feels like the cleaning products were not cleaned off properly. The AC only works when the keycard is plugged in. The AC is a split unit so it took a long time to cool the room. The “view” is of the street with a big tree in the way or of the main lobby. The hotel is open to the outside so there is a bunch of humidity throughout the hallways. The gym is a square box with a treadmill, a bicycle and a couple weights. Not a lot of space at all. We tried to get a refund as we did not wish to stay there and they told us to speak to expedia for Expedia to tell us the hotel was denying our refund. The staff did not care to accommodate, they stated it was non refundable. they see everything as a $ opportunity, as they stated they could upgrade us for a fee! This hotel gave hotel 8 vibes but priced higher. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE!!

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is super friendly and attentive. My room and bathroom were clean and supplies were well stocked. I wish I remembered to pack a swimsuit to hop in the pool but next time. Felt safe and quiet in the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
