We got a room with a balcony, the view was awesome. The service and the people at the hotel was excellent every body was very knowledgeable and ready to help. The only thing is that the party never stop there was noise every where outside the hotel that can really let you sleep.

Unfortunately we had major issues with the bathroom as it kept getting clogged several times each day. Water started leaking from the ceiling as well. The View was really nice. Would not stay again!

The hotel itself is ok. The issue is that if you want to have a guest visit you, they charge you. This is nowhere to be found online when you are booking the hotel and it doesn’t even appear in the contract they have you sign when you arrive, surprise fees are unappreciated by me. For the cost of the hotel room and the fee for guests, you are better off staying in one of the nicer hotels in Boca Grande. I’ll never stay here again

We are very happy of choosing this hotel! The service is Excellent, friendly nice staff! The Hotel is very clean . Breakfast is good, you have what you must need and is well organized, clean and great servers. The room is a little small, but no problem for us. We got the room with balcony that was a plus, because we enjoy see the busy night from there and have one more drink! The big plus on this Hotel is the Pool at Roof top, the pool is great and the view is priceless. You have one of the best views of the town without paying a 5⭐️Price. Please not that this is a simple hotel, with simple furniture. And yes: is noisy and busy area. Cartagena is a party city, the night is hot! We solved that problem using hear plug’s for sleep. The location save you because you can do à pitstop at Hotel between your adventures . Recommend for those who want a good price, good location .
