I had an amazing time at Nacar Hotel and Cartagena. This was one of the best trips I've ever taken. I will be coming back to stay again. Highly recommend staying there. I apologize I can't remember all of the staffs names but Christian, the young lady that was there when I left, and great security officer that was there every night. Such great service!!!

Great location, comfortable bed!

We loved this hotel. It was in a great location, the staff was super friendly, and our room was very nice. It was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The rooftop pool is quiet and nice. The last night of our stay there was an event going on downstairs so it was a bit loud, but it didn’t bother us. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was okay, it was just a bed to lay your head on at night at an expensive cost. The area was unsafe and the people on the streets were persistent in their begging. We had an okay time over all, didn’t get to use the pool that much, but we were very upset to be stuck in the basement.

The hotel was private intimate. I unfortunately did not receive the room that I booked and had to listen to construction noise early in the morning of my visit. When contacting management to change my room, it was not accommodated. Very disappointing.
