Staff was wonderful, no doubt about it, and breakfast was awesome! However they offered an upgrade which I gladly accepted days before my trip and in the end got nothing, the OZ hotel does not have nice views outside, and it does not have a pool nor bathtub or jacuzzi. If you are only planning to sleep and take a quick shower then yes, it is for you.

Great location, close to the beach. Great staff. Many restaurants close by. We didn’t like: The first night we arrived there was water in the bathroom floor right after we took a shower, we reported to the front lobby and they sent an employee to dry the floor and moved us to another room the next day. We did not like the breakfast. The rooms were too small.

The staff was incredible. Everyone of them, from the counter ladies smiling and saying hola, to the gentlemen helping with the suitcases and serving coffee at breakfast, to the housekeeping crew keeping everything tidy. Only thing I didn't like was that OZ hotel does not have a pool.
