"Perfect experience. This is the only hotel I stay in when I come to DC. I arrived 3 hours early and they had no problem getting me into the room with a smile and positive energy. I always feel WELCOME during my stay. Keep up the great work!!!!!"

"Property wasn’t clean. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Dirt pushed into corners and behind appliances. Elevator broken. Gym machines old and broken. Another gym but apparently it was only for staff. Pool is being used for outside classes - not open to hotel guests except select times. Property looked like it was under construction. Staff was nice, however. "

"This is a lovely hotel in a stellar location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The work out room suffered from non working machines but other than that it was a great experience "

"Overall it was a wonderful stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had issues with the lights in the hall area in my room not working which they were unable to fix during my stay and the blinds being outdated and difficult to open and close. Everything else was great; breakfast, location, cleanliness, and very professional and caring staff. Definitely worth returning. Thank you!"

"I enjoyed breakfast at their restaurant. My bed was nice and comfortable. Thete was no microwave or refrigerator in the room which was odd considering we booked a king sized room. We asked for a microwave, the staff was kind and brought it in the room for us."
