"ve stayed at this hotel before, and my previous experiences have always been very pleasant. From check-in to general support, the staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. During my most recent stay, the check-in experience was still positive—the front desk staff were polite and professional. However, the checkout experience was noticeably different. The staff at that time were not very friendly, and there was a lack of presence at the desk. Basic customer service and courtesy seemed to be missing. I also experienced issues with some of the amenities. The internet, which had worked well in the past, was very slow this time. Even streaming short YouTube videos was difficult, as they frequently buffered and stopped midway. Breakfast was another area that felt below expectations. The hot meal options were quite limited, with only a few items available and minimal variety. Overall, this stay felt average compared to my previous visits, which were much better. I hope the hotel can address these inconsistencies, as I know from experience that they are capable of providing a much higher standard of service."

"Booking this hotel was a choice as the conference I was attending was nearby (sold out). I never attended the 5pm wine & cheese. I went to breakfast once and grabbed a muffin. I had coffee once. The milk was opened 10 days prior and there were no other options. Staff were friendly in the sense they said hi and bye but didn't really feel like I could even tell them about the milk because no one was really attentive to the breakfast. I ended up walking to the nearby Kalorama Market. There isn't enough space to talk about how disappointed I was in the quality of the room or the smell on the floor (raccoon? weed? sewer?). Maybe the rooms with the balcony/views are better. Mine had a view of another building, straight into other apartments. I wouldn't book again unless it was extremely inexpensive. "

"We had a room with a king bed. The property was clean. The waffles at the complimentary breakfast were delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was clean - bike, treadmill, elliptical, rowing, yoga mats, some dumbells/kettlebells. There was no microwave in the room and the mini fridge was full of beverages for purchase. It was inside a cabinet and the temperature of the fridge was on the warm side. There was no way to adjust the temperature. The fridge was essentially unusable. The room was stocked with items that there was a charge for using/consuming (condoms, M&Ms, Snickers bar, bourbon, champagne). The complimentary items were 2 bottles of water and a coffee maker with 2 coffee pods. The mattress and topper was soft. The bedding included a lofty comforter. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with coffee shops in easy walking distance. We loved the location."
