"Parking was fine, when I pulled back the sheets on the bed it had human hair that's wasn't mine, sheets had what looked like rust spots on them, TV was in Spanish I didn't knew how to change it. Bed side drawer had trash in it. Bed were very hard woke up w back hurting."

"Pool was nice so was work out room. Our room carpet was dirty, tv did not work door latch was broken. Elevator made strange sounds so we took the stairs and there are chipped broken tiles on landings and carpet was dirty on stairs. The bed was uncomfortable very hard. "
