"Not enough staff on premises. Tried calling 8 times, at different numbers, no one answered. Later found out that the person that checks you in is the same that cooks and serves meals. Horrible. "

Fica na melhor localização de Petrópolis para ficar hospedado. O único ponto que pecam é pelo conforto. O prédio é quase todo em madeira, o que causa barulhos pelo edifício facilmente, também é possível ouvir barulho dos outros quartos. Mas o principal ponto a melhor é o conforto das camas. "Staff at check in (9/9/25) were amazing, the girl at the desk was lovely and spoke amazing English. Also, we had a great waiter in the restaurant, younger guy who also spoke amazing English, same evening we checked in - he was wonderful and helpful. The hotel is not fancy, very basic, but it was very clean and very quiet which we greatly appreciated. "

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days, and we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Luis and Alex at the front desk were incredibly helpful and welcoming. I had a small issue with our original room, and Luis went above and beyond by moving us to a larger room with a better view—at no extra cost!
Leo and Juan, our servers, were total sweethearts and made our mornings extra special. And the breakfast… OMG—so delicious, fresh, and beautifully served!
Our room was always spotless, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff who came every day and made sure everything was clean and tidy.
The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and with easy access to all the main tourist attractions. We’re so happy we chose this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

"It was so convenient. Super chill. Room was small but it was just for a night. I was able to extend my departure for 6pm which took the stress of my trip. Staff were really accommodating and friendly. Felt safe specially when traveling alone even if it was just for an overnight stay.
